At SOFT CLOUD, the safety and well-being of your little ones are our top priority. Our soft play equipment is designed with fun, comfort, and safety in mind, but it’s important to follow a few simple guidelines to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
General Safety Guidelines:
Age and Size Limitations: Our soft play equipment is designed for children aged 5 years and under. For safety, please ensure that children using the equipment are within the appropriate age and weight limits.
Adult Supervision: All children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using our soft play equipment. We recommend one adult per child to ensure proper supervision.
Safe Play Area: Please ensure that the play area is free from any sharp objects, pets, or other hazards. We also advise keeping the area clear of any furniture or obstacles that may obstruct play.
Proper Use of Equipment: Our soft play equipment is designed for jumping, crawling, and exploring. Please remind children to avoid rough play, pushing, or climbing on structures inappropriately.
No Food or Drinks: To maintain cleanliness and avoid any potential choking hazards, we ask that food and drinks be kept away from the soft play area.
Footwear Policy: To prevent accidents, we require that children play in socks or barefoot. Shoes, sandals, or hard-soled footwear should be removed before entering the play area.

Padding & Soft Surfaces: Our equipment is designed with soft padding to prevent injury during play. The edges of the play items are rounded, and the surfaces are cushioned for extra safety.
Durability & Inspections: Each item in our rental inventory undergoes regular safety checks and inspections to ensure it is in perfect condition for your event.
Cleaning & Sanitizing: Cleanliness and safety is our top priority. We thoroughly clean and sanitize every piece of equipment before and after each event using kid-safe, non-toxic products. Our team carefully inspects all items to ensure they’re in perfect condition, giving parents peace of mind and creating a safe, worry-free play environment for little ones to enjoy.
